The criteria are:

TYPE OF EXPERTISE
2. The designers included in this service are all Member (MDIA) status or higher in the DIA. See membership categories section for an explanation of the criteria they meet. Members of the DIA have agreed to abide by the Guide to Professional Conduct. This is included in the Guide to Being a Member of the DIA brochure.
3. The DIA is a professional body for designers so the referrals are to individuals not businesses. The designers in this service may have a business through which they provide their services. Please satisfy yourself that their business structure suits the nature and scope of work you are planning. For more advice see ‘Selecting a Designer’ in the brochure Business Success by Design.
4. The referrals are emailed to you. If you do not have an email address please call 1300 888 056 between 10am and 4pm EST for a verbal service.
5. The 3 designers are notified by email at the same time.
6. You are limited to 3 searches each 24 hours. If you need help with the service or would prefer a person to person service please call 1300 888 056 during business hours.
